Description
The mechanic very bluntly said, ‘Sir, when you couldn’t afford petrol for your Mercedes, why did you buy one? Are you ashamed of driving Mercedes after filling the petrol?’ We are also in a similar situation. Our mind is the Mercedes that needs the petrol of ShubDhyan. We fill our mind with the diesel of Durdhyan and turn our Mercedes into a truck. The technique to steer away from the diesel of Durdhyana is presented in this book ‘Gyannu Samputt’ which will certainly accelerate the speed of our journey. This book is based on Aattur Pratyakhyan Agam, following the guidelines of sixty-three ways to attain equanimity when we get consumed by AadraDhayn and RudraDhyan.
